Basically, 115gr 9mm Winchester purchased after March 25th, 2021 is subject to have misfires consisting of squib loads due to propellent failing to ignite properly. This is arguably the worse type of misfire as it can result in a catastrophic failure of the firearm and could result in injury to the shooter.
